We wanted to make our Mindfulness Fun workshops even more accessible to everyone, and thanks to our collaboration with Sands End Arts Community Centre, we’ve been able to do just that — without changing the quality or content of our sessions.

Our workshops are now available at incredible prices, making them open to even more families! 

Plus our studio space is conveniently located in the park of the centre  which means children will also have the chance to enjoy the outside and connect with nature during the workshop! 🧘🏻‍♀️
